  • Colloquim "Topology in atomic Flatland"

Jean Dalibard is a Professor at Collège de France and a researcher at the Ecole Normale Supérierure. He is a member of the French Academy of Sciences.
He contributed significantly to research on ultracold gases in atom physics, in particular as concerns vortex dynamics and phase transitions in low-dimensional systems.
On Tuesday, at Polo Ferrari in Povo, Professor Dalibard will give a lecture on the most fascinating aspects of two-dimensional quantum systems, like their superfluid and topological properties.

The conferences will be held in English.
