Eurasia is perennially on the edge, geographically, politically and geo-strategically. It is seen as both the cross-roads and the flashpoint where different cultural, strategic, economic and political interests converge.

The aim of this research project and conference is to explore the different ways in which Eurasia affects and is affected by changing global and regional dynamics.It brings together experts from a range of disciplines and parts of the world to examine whether being on the edge augurs stability or a more uncertain future.
