Conflict Management Training Course

27-28 April 2015

Versione stampabile

Venue: Meeting Room, II Floor Department of Sociology and social research - Trento

All social contexts imply conflicts, which are inevitable but also necessary to grasp the potential of diversity and grow as human beings. Facing conflicts in a constructive manner is fundamental for each individual. However, the word ‘conflict’ is often perceived as negative and this prompts us into a dysfunctional way.

The course’s main aim is to train students to better manage the conflictual situations emerging in all operational contexts: among colleagues, in working groups, both at university and in a working context.

Beneficiaries:
The course is targeted to 20 students attending their last year of undergraduate courses, students of master’s courses or Five-year courses and young graduates of the University of Trento.
Its objective is to reinforce the skills of young people who are still studying or facing the labour market for the first time.

Applicants are required to send their CV and a motivation letter to jobguidance [at] unitn.it by 21 April, at noon.
