A fair about meteorological tools and services and various other cultural and playful activities that will contribute to deepen one’s knowledge about meteorology and the influence that the weather has on our daily activities.

«Through the Festival of meteorology – explains the scientific manager Dino Zardi from the University of Trento – we want to offer a contribution to spread and strengthen a basic meteorological culture that lacks in Italy. It is in fact ever more necessary to understand and interpret the load of daily meteorological information given by various means of communication.  The festival will therefore be an occasion to support an encounter, mutual knowledge and interaction among the various entities of Italian meteorology. The event will join professionals of meteorological services, whether institutional or private, professionals and companies working in the field, researchers, end users of the meteorological services and products, meteorology lovers and it will also involve teachers and students at all levels and the public in general».
