Do you have a special App project to develop, innovative prototypes that you want to sponsor, applications that have already been published that you want to promote and make them grow? The UpperApp Festival is the perfect contest for you! Open to all university students, aims to promote and reward the skills present in Italian universities in the design and development of applications for mobile devices.
The contest, in its second year, is sponsored by Dedagroup ICT Network and Agora Telematica, which is a company specialized in web marketing, web services, digital content. These organizers, in collaboration with companies and other organizations that have given their support to the initiative - Inail, Itas Assicurazioni, MD-Discount, Società Sportiva Calcio Napoli - will act as the "special observers" of the talents that decide to participate in the initiative.
The UpperApp competition will be divided into two phases and it will be possible to follow its various steps through web channels: the official page of the site, Facebook and Twitter accounts.
The competition is divided in two categories: "Best Free App published" and "Best App project yet to be realized", as well as special awards in collaboration with the companies/organizations and the initiative sponsors. The prizes to the winners include paid internships, financial contributions and the possibility of publication of the App project.
