EGO Program 2014 Innovation Prize

The sixth edition of the EGO Program Innovation Prize has started with the objective of selecting the most innovative ideas in the field of digital technologies and to support the creation or development of new business ventures.

The program EGO is one of the social responsibility projects from Ericsson in Italy and it is an initiative of the Lars Magnus Ericsson Foundation in collaboration with some of the most important Italian universities including the University of Trento.

The competition is open to all students, graduates, PhD students and researchers from a partner university; and also start-ups, innovative enterprises, project teams and individuals no-older than 35 years old. To apply, please fill out the application form (downloadable at www.fondazione-ericsson.org/ego) and send your business plan idea to the mail address ego.project [at] ericsson.com by October 10, 2014.

In this new edition of the EGO Program, Ericsson will provide to the winning four entrepreneurial project ideas a monetary contribution for the initial business development phases and a year of incubation within the Ericsson campus in Rome. During this period, the start-ups will have offices, consulting services in the organizational, commercial, technological, legal, and financial areas and will have the opportunity to get in touch with the international client network and partners of the company.
