Eni Award is an international award for the best research projects in the field of energy and sustainability. It was set up in 2007 to develop the best use of energy sources, promote science and technology applied to the environment and encourage new generations of researchers.

The competition is made up of three sections divided into different topics for external projects, two Young Researcher of the Year Prizes, two Debut in Research: Young Talents from Africa prizes and a further section reserved for their own internal research scientists. There is a specific announcement and a prize for each one of these, while the general rules for the competition are in the Regulations section.
