UniTrento carpooling is the new University service for the academic community - professors, students, technical and administrative staff - to test an innovative mode of mobility.
Carpooling offers the opportunity to share trip-stretches while commuting. This is an important initiative which could diminish the number of circulating vehicles and contribute to the reduction of environmental pollution.
The service offers direct advantages also to the direct users: sharing - hence diminishing - the commuting expenses with other trip mates and the opportunity to meet new people.
The procedure is very easy: you only need to access the online platform http://hub.flootta.com/unitn using your University credentials. The user-friendly platform is based on a customised messaging system to start the initial contacts.
