Dematté Prize: 25,000 EUR for young talents

The topics of the 10th edition of the Claudio Demattè Prize are “Entrepreneurship, social cohesion and sustainability, renewable energy and internationalization”. 

The Award amounts up to maximum 25,000 EUR for young graduates or PhD students, in all scientific sectors, of the University of Trento, or of other Italian or foreign universities as long as they reside in Trentino. 

The Dematté Prize was created by the Committee Amici di Claudio Dematté, in cooperation with the Fondazione Trentino Università - Trentino Università Foundation and this year will finance a specialisation course abroad. 

Eligible projects may deal with any topic of social-economic-managerial-business nature, as underlined by the Committee keywords. The latest editions were won by candidates who submitted projects regarding biology, sociology and economics, as well as International studies.

Candidates are required to hold a mean mark of at least 27/30 or a final graduation mark of 100/110. They shall have graduated no longer than 12 months before the submission of their candidature. 

PhD students may submit a study project abroad, in the sector of their PhD Course. The money prize shall be used to finance their study abroad, unless already financed through other resources.
