Biotech entrepreneurship is an amazing journey, and should really be considered by all those in research!
A key element in founding a business from research is to be able to lead either a company or the translation of research itself. The success of biotech companies rarely resides on ‘one man bands’, and require ‘normally’ a business scientist (or an experienced biotech entrepreneur), and a scientist with the real desire to learn how to develop and run a company of scientists, not just his / her own experiments.
During this two-way dialogue and interactive seminar, the experience of a biomedical entrepreneur with more than 25 years’ international experience in company leadership will be shared, to unravel the ways to take up successful biotech entrepreneurship and to find inspiration to translate innovative research in business.

The seminar is held in the framework of the EU project miRNA-DisEasy funded within the programme H2020-MSCA-RISE (GA n° 690866).
