Social Networks in Teacher Education

SoNetTe (Social Network Teacher Education) is a LLP-Project, funded by the European Comission, which runs from 2012-2015 with the central aim to create an Open Course Ware structure which virtually enables students, teachers and researchers to participate in a transnational, transcultural and transprofessional dialogue in the field of their interest.
Following the SoNetTE OCW Format, subject groups cooperate in offering courses which bring together students, newly qualified and experienced in-service-teachers for virtual discussions and research projects. The disciplines so far covered include educational research as well as the Didactics of Foreign Languages, Mathematics and Natural Sciences.
From November 5 to 7, the project partners will be guests of the Department of Psychology and Cognitive Science for the second meeting of 2014.
