NOTICE: both seminars will be in Italian language. However, students having a basic knowledge of Italian will be able to follow.

Serenella Panaro is a Professional Coach with ICF - International Coach Federation credentials.
Coach of the Speakers of TEDXTrento, the only Italian Member of Career Directors International (CDI), the international network that brings together Career Coaches and Resumé Writers, she specializes in professional Curriculum/Resume writing, effective LinkedIn profiles and is a trainer on the professional use of Social Media for Personal Branding.
For 21 years Coach of the Career Service of the University of Trento, today Leadership Coach for Eurac Research researchers, and Senior Managers and Executives of the most important Italian and multinational companies and organizations, she specializes in the transition between the academic and corporate worlds .
She has designed orientation, training and recruiting events together with the most important Italian and foreign companies, supporting employer branding actions, collaborating closely with recruiters, and knowing the logic, needs, and mindset of who is "on the other part". This makes her a strategic guide for those who are facing the first job search or the first job changes.
Her mission is to help people express and spread their distinctive uniqueness, honoring who they are, authentically realizing themselves and in full well-being.
