That is the title of a series of online events organized by Alumni UniTrento to provide their expertise on a wide range of subjects.

Target audience and registration

Alumni and students of the University of Trento. This is an online event on Zoom. The link will be emailed to the participants who have submitted the online form.

Moderator

Michela Vignoli - Researcher in Work and Organizational Psychology at the Department of Psychology and Cognitive Science of the University of Trento, where she coordinates the interdepartmental Well-Being at Work Lab.

Guest speakers

Micol Cristofolini. A graduate in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Trento, her dissertation of 2017 focused on work-related stress at the helicopter rescue unit, in Trentino. She worked briefly in the staff recruitment office at Fercam Spa and in May 2018 joined the staff of Eni in Rome. At Eni, she continued to work for about two and a half years in human resources in national and international recruitment, in particular in the Trading sector. About 6 months ago, she was offered a better position in human resources at Eni.. 

Roberta Cuel (Ph.D.). A graduate in Political Economics at the University of Trento, she is associate professor of Business organization at the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Trento.  Her research is focused on exploring the impact of innovation technologies on living conditions in the business sector, in particular on intangible assets, routines and business practices, teams and communities, business models.

Michela Merlin is HR Business Partner at Schneider Electric and has been working side by side with the company's management since 2016 to upgrade the HR management and development strategies to general business objectives. She graduated in Law from the University of Trento, with honors, in 2009, and has been working for over 1o years in human resources at different international companies including Luxottica.

Alessandra Merolli. A graduate in Foreign Languages and Literatures, she is part of the middle management of SAVE Spa, the company managing Marco Polo Airport in Venice, Italy. In the past, she worked as assistant to the CEO of Banca Intesa Sanpaolo as Head of the executive office. At Mckinsey & Company she supervised several teams of administrative and executive offices both in Milan and in London in HR and organization. She was responsible for the start-up of the Verona office, as Office Manager and then as Senior Executive Assistant to the Location Manager.
