Three meetings for members of the university community and everyone wishing to attend to encourage people to adopt a healthy lifestyle by focusing on:
- mental training
- physical exercise
- nutrition
The event will end with a special show cooking where we will learn how to cook in a healthy way.
# 3 - Nutrition
In this online event we will talk about nutrition as a fundamental element for well-being.
Guest speakers:
- Margherita Brunori
Research fellow at the Department of Sociology and Social Research of the University of Trento. Her research interests lie in agri-food and environmental law and in the relationship between human rights and agri-food policies. Recently, she has been working on European food law and ecological transition. She is the operational contact of the Food working group of the Network of Universities for Sustainable Development.
- Antonella Bellutti
A talented heptathlete and hurdler, she left athletics at the age of 21 because of an injury. She started cycling to recover from her injury, and won the gold medal in track cycling in two successive editions of the Olympic Games (Atlanta 1996 and Sydney 2000). After leaving competitive sport, she now has time for her passions, adventure, nature and ski mountaineering. She is a physical education teacher, lecturer, consultant, coach. In the past, she was a member of the national committee of Coni, of the ministerial anti-doping commission and head of the volunteer unit at the Universiade 2013. Currently she is an entrepreneur in active and sustainable tourism.
- Carlo Pedrolli
Medical doctor specialized in Food Science. He has been working at the Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Service of the S. Chiara Hospital in Trento since 2001, where he leads the Unit of Artificial Nutrition and Collective Catering. His professional clinical interests are nutrition, artificial nutrition, collective catering, eating disorders, coeliac disease, food allergies with particular interest in molecular diagnostic techniques, the study of the microbiota in physiology and in some pathological situations.
The event will be moderated by Alessandra Montresor, head of the Directorate of Communication and External Relations of the University of Trento.
