The application of high-throughput and high-content screening technologies to systematically gene function using genome-wide RNAi/CRISPR/microRNA libraries in cell-based assays offers a unique opportunity to gain new insights into the intricate molecular networks underlying complex biological and disease-relevant processes.

This presentation will discuss basic concepts and practical aspected related to the implementation of large-scale functional genomics screenings in different biological contexts and pathologies.
