Abstract

The entire industry is under a strong revolution: products and product processes are becoming fundamentally digital. The product values and the process automation are delivered by a mix of sensors/actuator, a network infrastructure and a composition of cloud based services. In this talk I will present some of these aspects from our company experience and the competences that are needed to take advantage of this fundamental revolution.
