Digital Services: From Technologies to Delivery

Abstract

The design and delivery of Digital Services require today a mix of competencies and ability to translate the opportunities offered by the technologies into concrete and sustainable services in terms of user experiences, performance and security.
The presentation aims to provide an overview and concrete examples about the deployment of technologies, costs and delivery models for high speed Internet access, Data Centers and Cloud Computing services. Moreover, the deployment of new technologies, like Artificial Intelligence, for the provision of online and mobile services to citizens and enterprises will be shown. The main aspects to be faced in designing, implementing and managing digital services, starting from the user's expectations, will be illustrated.

Moreover, Trentino Digitale designs, implements and provides digital services of the Public Administrations to citizens and enterprises, including the evolution towards cloud computing, and it ensures cybersecurity services in order to prevent attacks and risks for the digital services.
