During the seminar, Dr. Alberto Pomella, Electronic Product Architecture and Innovation Manager, will present how VIMAR is structured to design and manufacture electronic products. Vimar’s Electronic R&D internally designs the majority of the products marketed by the company.
The seminar will delve into various challenging products, emphasizing the role of the internal competence centers. It’s a journey that encompasses hardware design, embedded firmware design for microcontrollers, software design for microprocessors (Linux embedded), development of apps for product installation and use, PC programs, cloud-based solutions and finally product validation and production. The presentation will cover the latest innovations in terms of new protocols, technologies, and sensors, and how they are integrated into state-of-the-art products.
