Abstract: 
In the first part, which is work together with Noémie Combe, an explicit cell decomposition for the braid groups will be presented.
Planar graphs give by monodromy special elements in the mapping class group. The case of planar trees leads to very special mapping class elements on which the absolute Galois group acts.
