Prof. Mariafelicia De Laurentis from the Naples University "Federico II". She is a member of the international collaboration Event Horizon Telescope (EHT) that has provided, for the first time, an image of the shadow of two supermassive black holes in the past few years, including the one in the centre of our Galaxy thanks to radio interferometry.
On the initiative of the Rappresentanti degli studenti, of the Associazione Italiana Studenti di Fisica (AISF) and of Prof. Rinaldi make a seminar for students, PhD students, researchers and professors, whose title is:
"The Event Horizon Telescope Journey: from the Earth to the heart of galaxies"
The seminar will be in English and the duration will be roughly one hour.
