Mr Forgione also has extensive experience as general counsel to private and publicly listed companies and sits on the panel of arbitrators of well-known institutions in Europe, Asia and the USA.

The speaker's full profile is available at his website.

Luca Forgione’s lecture will cover the following topics:

  • How to approach post-graduation choices
  • Types of paths for graduates in legal studies
  • Soft skills for the world after university

Here is an introduction in the words of Luca Forgione himself:

The presentation will focus on the many professional and personal lessons learned along the way (at times the hard way) over the last twenty years or so, with a view to pass on some of this experience and give a few pointers to those who are about to embark on a similar journey. No presentation can be a substitute for real life experience, but I would like to think that our talk will provide you with at least a road map to try and deal with the many choices you will need to make and challenges you will need to face. Your active participation and post presentation feedback will tell me whether I have succeeded in my intent.

The initiative is financed by the project POT-Giurisprudenza
