GTR22 – Trento Days On Rhetoric
We are pleased to announce the GTR22 - Trento Days On Rhetoric. The Conference will be held on May 23-24, 2022 at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trento.
GTR22-Trento Days on Rhetoric will address a range of scientific, social, policy issues around the deliberative communication and the role of rhetoric. Panels will discuss about communicating as a social practice, offering some explanations on how personal involvement is achieved, how it is possible to combine freedom and responsibility in public communication, why rhetoric is necessary and what is its relationship with argumentative practice.
The working language is English.
Conference themes include, but are not limited to:

Presenters will have a maximum of 20 minutes allocated to their presentation and any questions/discussion. We recommend having questions and answers after each talk to ensure all speakers have equal chances to engage with the audience.
As presenter, bring your presentation (ideally, in .ppt or .pdf format) on a USB drive to the room in which your session will take and installing it on the main computer prior to the start of your session. Technical assistance will be available.
Note: the conference will take place in person.
In case of limitations or difficulties due to the Covid19 emergency, the Zoom platform will be used.

Please register to the event (no fees required)
Please notify us (in the registration form) if you will attend the Social Dinner on the evening of May 23 at 8.00 pm. The cost is 40,00€ each. The amount should be paid directly to the restaurant. You will also be asked of any dietary requirements.
