Studying Law in Trento
The Faculty of Law explains the educational opportunities offered.
For the 2nd edition the presentations will be held in Italian and English, according to the schedule specified below.
Appointed as one of the Departments of Excellence financed by the Italian Ministry for Education, the Faculty of Law of the University of Trento has been experiencing and offering its students for more than thirty years a training aimed at overcoming borders: those of the national legal systems in the first place, but also the borders that challenge knowledge at the crossroads of disciplines.
The relationship between the various legal disciplines as much as the interaction between legal studies, other sciences and the technological evolutions of the present time, represent the basis of an expertise in didactic and research that has come to stand as an example for other Italian universities as well. Furthermore, the Faculty of Law has always cultivated dialogue with the academic institutions of other European and non-European countries.
Studying Lawin Trento - either in the five-year course, or in the three-year course in English – means also gaining experience in community and relationship shaping, within a welcoming and well served environment, as well as in a collected and intelligent city that is projected towards the values of diversity, autonomy and responsibility.
