Course "Leadership" with Lego® Serious Play® Methodology

This workshop is designed to understand the participants' leadership style, to seek a shared model of leadership, and to to test it in everyday situations through an approach that leverages play to unlock potential capabilities and ideas within each of us. The participants in this intervention will collaboratively work on the concept of leadership, building together the new leadership step by step.

Educational methods: The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method was created by LEGO® to facilitate meetings and problem-solving in the business context. It involves the use of LEGO® "bricks" in workshops.

Participation

The course is offered in-person from 9.00 alle ore 13.00.

The course has a limited capacity of up to 14 people. For this reason, we ask those who are unable to attend to notify us of their absence well in advance. We will accept up to 25 applications, and the 14 participants will be selected to ensure representation from each department/center based on the chronological order of registration. A list of selected candidates and eligible candidates from each department/center will be published based on the timing of their registration.
