General Course Objectives
the course aims to promote the development of skills necessary for working with others, emphasizing adaptability to a variety of situations, contexts, and cultures. The goal is to communicate constructively, facilitating both individual and group objectives.

- Workgroup characteristics and virtual evolution;
- Personal attitude for group work;
- Macro/micro cultures and personal identities within groups;
- Adaptability to diversity;
- Recognition, management, and enhancement of conflicts;
- Tools and approaches for achieving personal and group goals;
- Practical exercises in the classroom.
Teaching Metodology
the course combines theory, self-assessment, simulations, and practical exercises in the classroom using interactive game-based software.
Participation
Time: 9.00 AM - 1.00 PM
The meeting will be held in person at the SOI - School of Innovation.
Registered participants will receive an email with a link to complete the soft skills assessment the day before the event.
