EU back to University. A European Union initiative to share views on Europe

Abstract

The event includes a presentation on the role and the working of the Council, within the EU system of governance, followed by a substantive Q&A session. Students have an opportunity to get an insider view on EU institutions, as well as to ask questions on matters of their interests. In the spirit of our Alumni initiatives, this event will be an important networking occasion for graduates that are about to enter the job market.
The event is organised within the EU initiative “EU Back to University”, which encourages EU staff to reconnect with their higher education institutions.

Speaker

Emanuele Barbarossa, an Alumnus of the University of Trento, is a Legal and Policy Officer at the Council of the European Union. He has previously held positions in consulting, think tanks, and at the European Commission, where he gained insight in R&I policy, telecommunications and digital matters.
