Abstract

How are multinational enterprises (MNEs) dealing with the pandemic, and ensuring business keeps going in a safe manner? And how is the current state of geopolitical affairs affecting their strategies and plans? Randall McGuire, an Economist working for a global pharmaceutical company, will walk us through the contingency plans adopted to cope with the growing uncertainty generated by the US-China trade war, Brexit, and Covid-19, and explain the role of economic analysis within a large MNE.
