Marco Andreatta among the finalists of science dissemination award

His book "Archimede, l'arte della misura” attracted the jury's attention

Marco Andreatta, professor of geometry at the University of Trento, is one of the three finalists of the tenth edition of the Premio Nazionale di Divulgazione Scientifica (area A - Mathematical, physical and natural sciences) with his book "Archimede, l’arte della misura”, Il Mulino publisher, 2021.

The purpose of the award is to disseminate scientific knowledge by giving visibility to the publications of Italian and international authors, researchers, teachers, journalists, scholars. 

The award ceremony will take place on Wednesday 14 December 2022 at 15.00 at the headquarters of the National Research Council in Rome.

The ceremony will also be streamed live on the website of the award, social media channels and CNR Web TV. Viewers can cast their vote: this year in fact the winners of the various sections and of the final award will be chosen by a national jury (made up by 250 expert teachers and professors) and by the public.
