Green Week - The Green Economy Festival: from 3 to 5 March in Trento

The Green Week will take place in Trento from 3 to 5 March and will be an occasion to exchange views on the big topics of the green economy

The 2017 edition is divided in two parts, combining a tour to discover the most sustainable companies in the north east of Italy from 28 February to 2 March, and three days of events in Trento from 3 to 5 March.

Almost 60 speakers, including national and international guests and journalists, will take the stage.

Among them are: Alessandro Andreatta, mayor of Trento - Edoardo Boncinelli, geneticist and science journalist - Aldo Bonomi, sociologist, director of Consorzio AASter - Stefano Bucci, journalist Corriere della Sera-La Lettura - Raffaella Calandra, journalist Radio 24 - Mario Cucinella, architect - Eliana Liotta, science journalist and author of La dieta Smartfood and Ricette Smartfood (Rizzoli) - Francesco Maino, lawyer and writer - Rama Gheerawo, director of The Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design, Royal College of Arts - Oskar Norelius, architect White Arkitekter and lead designer at Skellefteå Kulturhaus (Sweden) - Federico Rampini, journalist La Repubblica - Ermete Realacci, President of Fondazione Symbola - Franca Roiatti, journalist Panorama - Andrea Segrè, Professor of International and Comparative Agricultural Policy, University of Bologna - Robert Schmitz, Architect White Arkitekter and lead designer at Skellefteå Kulturhaus (Sweden) - Davide Tabarelli, Founder and president of Nomisma Energia - Filiberto Zovico, Founder of VeneziePost.

Many Professors from the University of Trento are involved in this initiative: Rossano Albatici, Claudio Della Volpe, Sara Favargiotti, Giorgio Ieranò, Marco Ragazzi, Mosè Ricci, Pino Scaglione.

How to participate
All Green Week events are free access.
To book your seat, register on the website, click on the event title you want to attend and fill out to form. If you have registered for an event, your reservation will be valid until 15 minutes prior to the scheduled event. All free seats will be available for people who register immediately before the event.
