Bio4Dreams, the first Italian incubator for new start-ups in the area of bio- and medical technology, entirely funded through private investments, has been launched in Milan.
HIT-Trentino Innovation Hub and UniTrento CIBIO-Centre for Integrative Biology are partners in the project.
Their participation confirms the importance of the initiatives that are being developed in Trentino, where new technological start-ups are created from the local research activity in the area of biotechnologies.
The collaboration also includes a cooperation and partnership agreement with Bio4Dreams, which will further facilitate the connection of start-ups with the world of private finance and with pharmaceutical companies that are interested in investing in technologies designed in Trentino.
Bio4Dreams aims to serve as a link between the world of research (which, for the most part, develops from academic settings), industry, and the market, and is addressed to both innovation generators (universities, research centres and companies in pharmaceuticals, biotech and medical devices) and single researchers who would like to launch their business project.
