Gruppo Alpin Fuels UniTrento Research

For every fuel additive sold, Gruppo Alpin will donate three euro to support research at UniTrento CIBIO

Versione stampabile

The good news was announced at the press conference where Gruppo Alpin and the University signed the donation agreement.

This is the first time, in Italy, that a representative of the automotive industry launches a specific initiative to support research through a three-euro donation for every fuel additive sold.

The corporate fundraising initiative by Gruppo Alpin from Trento, a point of reference in the local automotive sector, will help research conducted at the Centre for Integrative Biology of the University of Trento and, in particular, the project that aims to fine-tune the genome editor.

This agreement, sealed on 24 April by Rector Paolo Collini and the head of Marketing and Communication of Gruppo Alpin, Christian Dallavalle, at the presence of the head of the post-sale sector, Gian-Filippo Grassini, is just the first step in a collaboration that will continue to grow.

Gruppo Alpin will promote awareness-raising initiatives among its suppliers, staff, customers and partners to make donations to research a good habit in both the working environment and in private life.

Gruppo Alpin is an exclusive dealer of Renault and Dacia in Trentino Alto Adige and a dealer of Kia. The company, founded in 2009 and owned by the Dallavalle family, has its main seat in Ravina (near Trento) and coordinates a network of 14 dealers and authorised bodyshops that sell private and commercial vehicles and provide post-sale assistance.
