“I am very honoured to receive this award - Mr. Cipolletta said. My main task, I was told, was to establish links between the University and the rest of the world. As years went by, I worked with many serious and competent people and I learned to love Trentino, building on a network of connections that I created through my professional experience. I maintained positive relationships with all the rectors, especially with Paolo Collini. We achieved excellent results as regards the relationship between the University and its region - he commented, and people now know and support the University. This means that we worked very well together. I hope - he concluded - that this positive phase will continue in the future, with the support of the local public administration that has always been on our side”.

“In these 15 years - Rector Paolo Collini added - the University has grown significantly in terms of quality and prestige. We are proud to be among Italy’s best universities and we must be grateful to president Cipolletta for this achievement, because he was able to deal with very difficult issues.

The Provincial Councillor for university and research expressed her gratitude to Innocenzo Cipolletta for the positive collaboration and the quality of his work, which were fundamental for the success of the University.
