The 21st Almalaurea report on the profile and employment status of Italian graduates was presented on 6 June at Sapienza University in Rome in the framework of a conference.

The data on the University of Trento are in general positive compared with the national data.

The report examined 3,702 graduates from the University of Trento who earned their degree in 2018: 2,010 earned an undergraduate degree, 1,255 a Master's degree and 425 graduated from a five-year Master's programme; the remaining students graduated from discontinued programmes.

The Almalaurea report examined the performance of over 280,000 graduates of 2018: in detail, 160,000 bachelor's graduates, 82,000 master's graduates and 37,000 who attended a five-year study programme.

To draw up the report on the employment status of young graduates, more than 630,000 graduates and undergraduates were interviewed in 2017, 2015 and 2013, respectively one, three, and five years from their graduation.
