Opera Universitaria is now accepting applications for its literary competition L'Ateneo dei racconti, now in its ninth edition.
The competition is open to students and doctoral students of the University of Trento or of other Italian universities residing in the Province of Trento.
The deadline to submit entries is 20 December 2019.
The authors of the ten works that will be selected for the final phase will join a writing workshop with Davide Longo, writer and teacher of Scuola Holden in Torino, and their tales will be published both online and on paper.
They will also have the opportunity to transform their work in a performance that will be staged at the Sanbàpolis theatre.
The winners of the prize for the Best short story and Best performance will receive an online writing course at Scuola Holden in Torino and a course in performing arts at Centro Teatro Trento.
