Online Tolc tests that students can take from home, and not at University premises, for science degree courses. While the grades students received in the fourth year of high school will replace the spring round of admissions to the other degree programmes.

These are the main changes for admissions to UniTrento in the academic year 2020/21. The Covid-19 emergency forced the University to review its plans.

While discussion is still ongoing at national level to decide how to conduct the 2020 high school exit exam and how to provide in-class and remote teaching in the next academic year, the University of Trento reviewed its admission process.

The calls for admission will be published on the University website on 4 May and the deadlines to apply will reopen.

The enrolment period, from 13 to 24 July, remains unchanged, given that the lists of admitted students will be published by then.

Admissions to the new inter-university five-year Master's degree programme in medicine and surgery of the universities of Trento and Verona, and to the degree course in Construction engineering/Architecture, are regulated based on a national selection process.

There are therefore three different admission procedures to the 27 degree programmes provided by the University of Trento.
