The e-Learning office (Didattica Online) is organizing online courses, webinars, on how to use Zoom, the platform for video conferencing.
The webinars last two hours and are aimed at teaching staff.
The webinars will cover the following topics:
- first access, the Zoom interface, how to schedule a meeting
- personal account (with University email address) vs "rooms" licensed to UniTrento
- claiming host to use "rooms" with pro license provided by UniTrento
- guidelines on how to manage exams via Zoom and how to communicate with students
- recommended settings for a successful exam experience
- how to use the waiting room
- use of breakout rooms
