The Jean Monnet Center provides students of the Department of Sociology and Social Research with two scholarships for attending the Summer School "Public Policy in Russia and Former Soviet Union" which will take place at the Faculty of Political Sciences of Lomonosov Moscow State University, from 1 to 5 July 2019.
The contents of the seminars, held entirely in English, are as follows:
Post-Soviet Political Economy,
Political Institutions and Power Networks in FSU countries,
Key Dimensions of a Post-Soviet Public Policy,
International Relations on a Post-Soviet Space.
In addition to the scholarship the 2 selected participants will receive the following services by Moscow State University:
Summer School registration,
Accommodation in the dormitory of the main body of the Moscow State University (from 30/06 to 6/07 inclusive),
Meals (from 1 to 5/07),
Participation in organized socio-cultural activities (guided tour of the city and excursion in the surroundings).
Students are responsible for: the travel tickets, visa, health insurance, transport and personal expenses.
Requisites for applying:
active enrolment in a Bachelor's and Master's degree course at the Department of Sociology and Social Research of the University of Trento;
knowledge of English equal to or greater than B2 can participate in the selection.
