The best bachelor’s and master's degrees programs in Italy in the “IT and ICT technologies” sector are at DISI, according to the Censis 2021-2022 ranking which once again places the University of Trento at the top for teaching among the Italian public Universities.
In the "IT and ICT technologies" sector which is offered by our Department, the University of Trento leads once again the ranking for the bachelor’s degrees programs with 109 points, almost 10 points ahead of the second ranked. The result of last year is therefore confirmed, with an improvement in the final score (in 2020 it was 106 points).
After two years being in second place, the University of Trentino has achieved the first place for the master's degrees programs with a score of 108 points. Compared to last year, it improved by almost 7 points (in 2020 it placed second with 101.5 points).
The evaluation of the results is based on the analysis of two macro indicators: student career progression and internationalization, as well as on specific indicators such as the regularity rate of students and graduates, outgoing mobility, foreign students.
"This is an excellent result - comments the Dean of Undergraduate and Graduate Studies prof. Giuseppe Riccardi - that confirms the quality of the services, contents, laboratories and teaching achieved by our Department".
