The Faculty of Law offers to 2nd and 3rd year CEILS students the opportunity to attend the free module Legal Drafting, provided in English by Luca Forgione.
Attendance of all the phases of the module entails the recognition of 2 ECTS credits under the "other activities" section of the study plan.

Aims and objectives
- To provide a general understanding of the main principles and rules behind legal drafting under English law
- To provide students with the basic tools to approach legal drafting

- To understand how to express commercial intentions in clear terms
Outline of the schedule
The course will be held on-site according to the following calendar:
- Friday 4 November - 2 PM to 5 PM
- Saturday 5 November - 9 AM to 11 AM
- Friday 11 November - 2 PM to 5 PM
- Saturday 12 November - 9 AM to 11 AM
All classes will be held in room 6.
