As every year, the Fulbright Commission for Italy-USA Cultural Exchanges offers Italian universities the Fulbright Specialist Program, which allows them to invite an American teacher with the qualification of "Specialist" for teaching periods or consultancy lasting 2 - 6 weeks in the period between 1 January 2025 and 30 September 2025.
For a.y. 2024/2025 there are two typologies of financial contributions:
- 3 Fulbright Specialist Fully-Funded ECA projects, fully-funded by U.S. Department of State/ECA
- 3 Fulbright Specialist Traditional Cost-Sharing projects, for which Fulbright covers the travel expenses, the medical insurance policy, while the accommodation and food costs are borne by the host university.
Interested parties should contact the Commission to request preliminary information for completing the online project application form (the same regardless the typology).
