Recent surveys highlight the importance of possessing a rich set of specific skills along with cross-cutting or soft skills to look for a job and entering the world of work.
These soft skills include, for example, conflict management, effective leadership, problem-solving, goal-oriented work, and emotional intelligence.
For this reason, the Job Guidance office, in collaboration with Assoservizi, is offering training courses on soft skills using a game-based approach, both in Italian and in English.

Information and Registration
Participation is open to the entire UniTrento student community upon registration and subject to availability.
The courses offered have a duration of 4 hours.
Given the interactive nature of the trainings, punctuality is required from all participants and, for online courses, the ability to activate both microphone and camera is necessary.
Registration can only be done online through the forms provided (typically published from the middle of the preceding month).
A certificate of participation will be issued, provided that the entire course is attended and the satisfaction questionnaire is completed.
