ECIU University and UniTwente invite you to participate in the "Circular Sustainable Business Development. Shape the future with a circular economy game" challenge.

A unique opportunity to acquire skills relevant to your future, develop ideas in an international environment and connect with companies and public organizations.

Brief description

Transition from unsustainable linear economy to sustainable circular economy is a top priority of our society. Future business models will be shaped according to the circularity of our resources, which will provide employment to a wide range of engineers (industrial, mechanical, design, construction, biotechnology, chemical, etc.), business administrators, managers, and policy-makers. Do you want to be a well-equipped graduate for this transition phase to circular economy? Then, Circular Sustainable Business Development is the right course for you!

The course is offered in a Blended Intensive Program format, promoted as part of the educational offer of ECIU University. It consists of an online component and a short-term physical mobility component, and students who successfully complete the program will earn 5 ECTS credits.

Dates:
Online/virtual component: 5 sessions between February 3 and April 18, 2025.
Physical mobility component: from Thursday, March 20, to Friday, March 28, 2025.
This opportunity is open to students from the partner universities of the ECIU Consortium who are enrolled in Master’s programs (4th and 5th year), Single-Cycle Master’s programs, and PhD students.

Financial Support
The mobility expenses for the physical component will be covered according to the Erasmus short-term mobility rules:

  • €79/day for mobility lasting 1 to 14 days,
  • €56/day for mobility lasting 15 to 30 days, plus possible green mobility contributions and support for students with fewer opportunities.
