Call for Applications: Global Public Health Virtual Short Course at the University of Cincinnati

In consideration of the COVID-19 pandemic, the University of Cincinnati, a strategic partner of the University of Trento, is offering a short course entitled Global Perspectives on Public Health. This free four-week course is designed for upper-level Bachelor’s Degree students who are planning to pursue professional careers in the Public Health sector. The course will be taught entirely in English by international experts. Students will have the opportunity to engage with their peers from all over the world through a virtual classroom and together explore the area of Public Health with a global outlook.

The short course runs from 12 February through 6 March 2021 and the on-line sessions will be held Fridays and Saturdays from 8:30 to 10:00 AM EST (USA). Students who attend seven of the eight sessions will receive a certificate of completion from the University of Cincinnati. To participate, interested students can now apply by sending their CV and a one-page motivation letter in English to international [at] unitn.it by 18 January 2021. Places are limited and a maximum of five students from UniTrento will be admitted to the course.
