The SIS is the hosting institution for two MSCA winner- research projects, both of which under the supervision of prof. Louisa R. Parks:

  • Dr Elsa Tsioumani - "A framework for the fair and responsible governance of synthetic biology (SynBioGov)"
  • Dr Suay Özkula - "International experiences of digital empowerment in a climate justice frame (DIGI-EMP)".

Every year, upon publication of the European Commission Marie Sklodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship Call, the School of International Studies encourages expressions of interest from excellent postdoctoral researchers to apply, jointly with a research supervisor from SIS.
Selected candidates will be offered both academic and administrative support from SIS faculty and the University Research Office with regards to proposal development.
