Dear student,
The Didactic Committee of the University Language Center (CLA) and the student representatives of the Committee have jointly decided to modify the testing structure to make the tests more accessible to the student community. This change reverses the order of the Listening (CO) and Reading (CS) tests so that Reading now comes first and Listening comes second.
Therefore, from Monday 10 January 2022, the language tests required in study plans and the entry tests to determine language level will begin with Reading, and if 60% of the answers are correct, will proceed automatically to the Listening exercises.
The complete exam, from 10 January, therefore includes:
- reading exercises
- listening exercises
- a writing exercise
- an oral exam at a later date
The entry test includes:
- reading exercises
- listening exercises
For International Studies students only, the English language test will keep the original order: Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking.
