All registered students in good standing with the University for the academic year 2022/2023, and students who are about to obtain an undergraduate degree, are entitled to vote.
All students of the academic year 2022/2023 (including students who are about to obtain an undergraduate degree) who have been registered for a degree for a number of years (see details on the elections page), can stand as candidates.
Voting will take place online; candidates running for election are grouped into competing lists; positions are allocated based on a proportional representation system (D'Hondt method).
The submission of lists of candidates and voting will take place online using an online polling system; voters must login with their University credentials; more details will follow soon.
