New Master Degree program in Management and Industrial System Engineering

The educational offer of the Department of Industrial Engineering is further enriched from the next academic year 2021/22 starting from September 2021, with the new Master Degree program in Management and Industrial Systems Engineering, whose final accreditation by MIUR is expected in June 2021.
The Master Degree aims to provide future engineers with solid knowledge of design and management of industrial plants and logistics systems, together with managerial skills necessary for the organization and development of different business units. Master's graduates will acquire distinctive competences in the management of innovation projects, digital enabling technologies for production systems, with particular regard to automation and control of industrial processes.
Master's graduates will be able to use these skills in an interdisciplinary and innovative way, considering the high rate of dynamism that characterizes modern industrial systems together with the sudden organizational changes and the constant technological evolution.
Through the choice of different curricula, graduates in Management and Industrial Systems Engineering will be able to obtain a distinctive qualification in areas related to industrial systems and management engineering, such as: mathematical optimization, quality management, digitalization of processes, environmental sustainability, product life cycle management, circular economy.
The program is completed and integrated by laboratory experiences, seminars, testimonials from the industrial world and company internships in local, Italian and European environment.
The master degree program is delivered entirely in English.
