Versione stampabile

Last call to be a student at the University of Trento in the academic year 2021-2022. Registrations are now open for the summer session of admission tests to undergraduate degree courses offered by the University of Trento, which will start in the autumn.

The University will fully go back to in-person learning, Rector Flavio Deflorian said in a message to the academic and student community: "I am happy to announce that all activities will resume in face-to-face mode from next September. Classrooms will be busy again, blackboards filled with writing and corridors will be crowded. Each department and centre of the University will return to its pre-Covid routine. However, we will continue to support those who, for logistical reasons, will be unable to attend in-person classes".

Over 1200 places will be allocated through this round of tests, in addition to any places that have not been filled after the spring session of tests, which will be made available in this session. To become a student at UniTrento, in most cases candidates will have to take an online Tolc test (Cisia OnLine Test, @casa) through Cisia (Consorzio interuniversitario sistemi integrati per l’accesso).

Admission to the undergraduate degrees in Modern Languages and Comparative European and International Legal Studies is decided based on a different online test.

Test dates - For Engineering for the Environment and the Territory, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Science, Information and communication engineering, Viticulture and Oenology, and Biomolecular Sciences and Technologies, the first Tolc@casa tests will be on 13 and 14 July. Candidates can register for the other dates too, on 27, 30 and 31 August. Prospective students can take the test in Trento or at one of the other centres affiliated with CISIA.

The tests for admission to Comparative European and International Legal Studies and Modern Languages will be on 19 and 20 August, while from 23 to 26 August it will be possible to take the Tolc tests for courses in the humanities and economics area. Tolc tests for degrees in the science and technology area will take place from 27 to 31 August.

There are two dates to take the tests for admission to Construction Engineering-Architecture: 29 July and 6 September. Like last year, candidates will take the Arched test provided by CISIA.

Students of the degree course in Medicine and Surgery will be selected through a national in-person test on 3 September, based on ministerial provisions that have not been defined yet.

Admission tests to two other inter-university degree courses (Workplace Accident Prevention, offered by the University of Trentino together with the University of Verona, in collaboration with the Provincial Health Care Services of the Autonomous Province of Trento; and Human-Centered Medical System Engineering, organized with the University of Verona) will be held on 7 September.

Information on registrations, the selection process, times and deadlines are specific to each degree course and are explained in detail in the relevant calls which can be found on the prospective students section of the website of UniTrento.
