In this seminar, we will describe how metabolic plasticity dictated by the interplay between the enzymes NAMT and NNMT can influence cancer cell sensitivity to NAD(H) lowering agents and, the expression of these metabolic enzymes, can support the identification of subgroups of prostate cancer cells.
