All students attend joint summer and winter schools. The winter school takes place annually in Rovereto and focuses on neuroimaging techniques, the summer school rotates among the other partner universities (Erasmus Mundus Joint Doctoral Program) and focuses on their respective fields of specialty. Apart from these specialized courses, soft skills and language and culture classes are offered locally in the program.
